ABOUT MY CAREER
I decided to study at Manchester Metropolitan for my master’s degree in International Human Resource Management as I could undertake the course remotely whilst working full time. The main purpose of doing my master’s was to broaden my knowledge in the HR space and develop myself as a professional. As part of this degree, I qualified for my Level 7 CIPD and strengthened my time management and perseverance skills.
Currently, I work as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at MHR. My role involves partnering with the commercial and professional services hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring MHR attracts and hires the right talent. I was also named Insider Media Midlands Young HR/Recruitment Professional of the Year!
