Volunteering

Explore the many volunteering opportunities that help to prepare our prospective and current students for their studies and future careers.

As a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, there are many ways that you can give back to the University and the student community through volunteering.

Why volunteer?

Volunteering with Manchester Metropolitan University gives you the opportunity to share your skills, time and experiences with prospective and current students and recent graduates. Alumni volunteers can gain new skills through mentoring, giving career talks and presentations, sharing career stories, providing paid placements for our student…and much more. Alumni volunteering is also a great way to stay connected with the University community.

Giving back to Manchester Metropolitan

Another way to ‘give back’ to the University is by making a gift to support priority projects like First Generation that make a difference to the lives of our students and to the work and research of the University. Alumni and friends can also fundraise on behalf of the University.
