The Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship has a clear focus on developing our students’ knowledge and understanding of key digital marketing principles, and the ability to apply these in the workplace.

The Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship has been designed by the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, with a range of regional and national employers. Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship graduates will be fully equipped to lead on the creation and execution of a digital marketing strategy.

Personal Development‌

Apprentices also take part in communication, presentation and team working skills development, to help them work successfully with clients and colleagues.

Delivery Model

The Degree Apprenticeship includes part-time study over a period of four years, on-site at Manchester Metropolitan University. The programme is taught in blocks of two days, equivalent to 33 days per year.

Apprentices are full-time members of staff, who will utilise their new knowledge and skills to make an impact for their employer. Apprentices will need to be supported by a supervisor in the workplace and there will be regular reviews of progress, conducted by Manchester Met staff.

Final Degree Award

Upon successful completion of the course, apprentices will achieve a BSc (Hons) in Digital Marketing. 

Entry Requirements

Candidates for the Degree Apprenticeship should have a minimum of 104-112 points at A2 (Grades BCC) or an equivalent e.g. BTEC DMM. You will also require Maths and English Language GCSE grade A*-C. We will individually evaluate candidates who do not meet these requirements, but have workplace experience.
