Sports Volunteering Conference a great success

Business of Sport Cluster and Team Kinetic jointly held the 3rd Sports Volunteering Conference - The Importance of Strategy.

Over 90 delegates attended and heard from a prestigious keynote panel from Sport England, Sport Wales and the Sport and Recreation Alliance.  This was followed by breakout sessions from academics Dr Geoff Nicholls, Dr Eddy Hogg and Ellie May and practitioners Jump, Team Kinetic and the Federation International Motorcyling (FIM): Women's Commission for Motorcycling.  The final keynote speakers were from England Athletics and Join In UK.  The Conference was chaired by Yvonne Harrison the CEO from Greater Sport.
