CLARITY, a leading performance tool is being offered free to businesses in the North West during European SME week (25th May - 1st June).
Manchester Metropolitan University which owns the service is waiving a £200 user fee to offer unlimited licences for smaller firms.
The online management tool gives managers a snapshot of business resourcing priorities within an hour and is designed to unlock barriers to growth.
The software covers six key management areas of marketing, people, innovation, operations, finance and regulations, and helps you find out: - - where time and effort goes in your business - which activities are financially invested in - which areas of management are neglected
Clarity creator Mike Bull said: "All our tools are conversation aids, designed with simplicity and time in mind. I really wanted to create a diagnostic approach that puts the busy business owner at the centre to take control of their analysis.
"Clarity doesn't prescribe to owner managers what they should be doing - just what they are doing."
