Diane has a Masters in Internet Computing from the University of Hull (2003) and a PhD in Management from the University of Sheffield (2010), with the focus on Systemic Evaluation Methodology for Technology Supported Learning.
She gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice from MMU in 2012 and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
Diane joined MMU Business School as a Senior Lecturer in July 2009. From 2003 - 2009 she had worked for the University of Sheffield in both the Management School and Learning and Teaching Services. Earlier appointments include Head of Examinations and Records at Keele University (1992-2001), and Higher Scientific Officer at the Building Research Station (1986-1991).
