We have specifically designed it for the hundreds of businesses we have worked with over the last decade and is our way of deepening our relationship with you, helping you to achieve more than you ever thought possible.

Alternatively, it might be to explore business opportunities with a group of like-minded entrepreneurs and compare notes on how best to tackle unexpected challenges or tough management dilemmas.

Peer2Peer Mentoring Scheme
A voluntary Peer2Peer mentoring scheme, whereby our more established and long-standing SMEs provide P2P mentoring to smaller less established enterprises.
There will be a competitive process to become both a mentor and mentee. MMU will act as facilitator matching mentor and mentee who will then be in contact for 6 months.
P2P mentoring would be a great opportunity for business to access and support of someone who has experience, insights and hindsight. Many of our businesses are keen to share their knowledge they have gained and lessons they have learned.
The mentor/mentee will dedicate their time to building a mentor-mentee relationship that will enable them to:
Gain an insight into different roles, organisations and sectors
Access information and advice from experienced professionals
Discuss expectations, anxieties and concerns in a confidential environment
Network and make new contacts
Individuals can be both a mentor and mentee simultaneously.
