Biography

I am working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing and Mathematics at MMU, have intensive teaching experience up to the PhD level in both Blended Learning and Distance Learning modes, and extensive research experience in Numerical Analysis, Mathematical and Statistical Modelling, Tomography Inverse Problems, and Data Analytics. I also hold the following academic qualifications:

  • PhD in Mathematics and Statistics, the University of Leeds, UK.
  • MSc Degree (Distinction) in Mathematics, Misurata University,  Libya.
  • BSc Degree (Honours) in Mathematics, Misurata University, Libya.

Other teaching qualifications:

  • The Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCert LTHE), Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
  • Fellow of HEA, Advance HE, UK.
