Feeling low? Anxious? Need some health information? Worried about your mental health? We are a team of professionally qualified counsellors and a mental health advisor experienced in helping students with these kinds of problems. We can assess, offer counselling, wellbeing and health advice, as well as refer students and liaise with other services. We run a programme of workshops and courses too, on a variety of issues like developing assertiveness, overcoming low mood and procrastination.
The service also encompasses the chaplains who offer spiritual help, friendship, support, advice, prayer, study and information on places of worship for all faiths.
We want to support your learning and help you make the most of your experience at university. No issue is considered 'not important enough' if it is causing concern.
