I am here to promote the Faculty’s commitment to enhancing the student experience, specifically highlighting the services for postgraduates. These include one-to-one support and guidance sessions where I can help PGs with personal matters which they feel may be impacting on their studies, such as health, welfare and finance; advising on careers and employability; helping to explore opportunities to develop PGs’ skills through volunteering and community work. Building a supportive community among the PGs in the faculty is one of my priorities and I organise regular social events as well responding to requests for specific learning support, such as library resources and international student support.
