The Estates, Facilities and Capital Development (EFCD) directorate manages our buildings and spaces, providing a safe, sustainable, efficient and comfortable environment for our staff, students and visitors.

EFCD constructs new buildings, and refurbishes, manages and maintains existing offices and accommodation.

Our teams also provide a wide range of campus services including security, catering and cleaning, as well as hosting conferences and events.
