Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre named as runners-up in the Business Collaboration category of the Guardian University Awards 2020
We are delighted to have been named as runners-up in the Business Collaboration category of the Guardian University Awards 2020.

Amer Gaffar, Director of Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre, said: "We’re so proud of being the runner up in this category and congratulate very worthy winners, University of Birmingham, on the development of a hydrogen train. It just shows that hydrogen and fuel cells will have a major role to play across the net zero economy in years to come.

"Huge congratulations also to Manchester Metropolitan’s innovative Rise programme, winner of the Course Design, Retention and Student Outcomes award for 2020, and who we look forward to continuing to work with on the future skills agenda."
