"I appreciate the support networks Man Met provides, from career advice and support to sports and events at the union and one to one help on your work form your tutors. They are there for you!"
The material is interesting, the class sizes are good and the facilities are also great too! The teachers are clearly experts in the field and are nice people and we also have a huge amount of material in the library.
My knowledge on the subject has expanded and I feel my writing skills have developed a lot too. I have made friends and improved my interpersonal skills.
I took part in the Engaging in Humanities unit, which was interesting, it covered an array of topics that we would not usually discuss in class. I also did a year of Italian lessons in the evening which was great. I have also taken part in The Writing Project this year, which I feel benefited me massively, the lessons were so clearly planned out with objectives, theory, practice and time for questions. They were really engaging and the teacher was an incredible support. Furthermore, I do yoga at the union which I absolutely love. It has helped me handle stress, as well as making friends and finding a new hobby that I'd like to continue on in life.
I would encourage students look at the material before you pick your modules.
Exciting, enthusiastic teachers who teach in an engaging manner.
I appreciate the support networks they provide, from career advice and suppot to sports and events at the union and one to one help on your work form your tutors. They are there for you!
