Entry requirements if you have studied in Hungary

Foundation Year

Holders of the Érettsègi or Matura who do not meet grade requirements for first year entry may be considered.

Undergraduate Courses

Érettségi Bizonyítvány (Secondary Education Graduation Certificate) OR Szakközépiskola Érettségi Bizonyítvány (Vocational Secondary School Leaving Certificate) holders may be eligible for Yr 1 entry.

Postgraduate Courses

Alapfokozat (Bachelor degree) OR Egyetemi Oklevél (University Diploma) holders may be eligible.

MPhil/PhD

Mesterképzés / Egyetemi Doktor

Undergraduate courses

For Undergraduate courses, we usually ask for IELTS 6.0 (No less than 5.5 in any section) or equivalent.

Postgraduate courses

For Postgraduate courses, we usually ask for IELTS 6.5 (No less than 5.5 in any section) or equivalent.

If you have studied UK qualifications such as A Levels, you can calculate your UCAS Tariff points then check the individual course descriptions to see if you meet requirements. You can also find the minimum IB scores required by checking these descriptions.
