Upgrading our datacentres - Tuesday 16 May

To ensure the security of our University data we are migrating our file storage to new equipment in our datacentres.

This move may cause a brief interruption of access to your personal and shared folders between 7-8am on Tuesday 16 May.

If you have any issues accessing your files after 8am please turn your computer off and switch it on again; this will disconnect your access from the old datacentre and reconnect you to the new system, returning access to your files.

This is the final stage in a three year project to securely migrate our services, this move will help mitigate any future disruption of our services for you.
