Part time study
If you want to combine study with work or family commitments then our LLB Law degree can be studied part-time. Our part time students normally have four hours of teaching per week spread out over two evening sessions.

You’ll develop a basic understanding of legal concepts and improve your academic and study skills with specifically tailored units, giving you a head start before you begin the LLB. And you’ll have full access to all the facilities of the university, including student societies, the library and IT services.

An apprenticeship is a great alternate route into a legal career and allows you to enter the profession without having to study a degree.

Our scheme

We were the first UK University to offer Legal Apprenticeships, giving students the opportunity to earn whilst they learn.

Your future

By completing an apprenticeship, you will gain work experience and a qualification that you can take forward into your professional life, e.g. as a paralegal.
