New MSc courses in Data Science and Data Analytics

In addition to our existing MSc courses : Advanced Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computing and Information Systems, we have just started recruiting to two exciting new MSc courses.

MSc Data Science and MSc Data Analytics (in collaboration with the Business School) are open to STEM graduates (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and graduates from numerate disciples (e.g. Economics).  There has been a massive increase in demand for people with skills in data science and data analytics.  Both areas apply machine learning and computational statistics techniques to analyse large volumes of data.  Data science takes a programming approach to developing customised solutions.  Data analytics makes use of sophisticated tools and focuses on business data. All these courses are an opportunity to get the skills needed to move into fast growing and exciting areas of the software industry.
