Faculty staff receive teaching awards from the Union

Staff in the Faculty have been given awards for excellent teaching, from a shortlist voted for by students. Three out of the eleven total awards went to staff members or groups within the Faculty.

These were:

• Outstanding Innovation in Teaching – Haydn Insley, Senior Lecturer in Product Design, Department of Engineering
• Best Personal Tutor – David Heaton, Senior Lecturer in Product Design, Department of Engineering
• Outstanding Teaching for Sustainability – Sustainable Production and Consumption Module, Department of Natural Sciences
