Our Zone Out Zone is in collaboration with a number of partne‌rs across the university to help you unwind and de-stress during exam time. With pop up's throughout the year, online resources, revision tips and a week-long event in May, you'll be feeling ready to tackle those exams head on - with a clear mind and healthy body.

There will be a range of activities going on in the Zone Out tent in All Saints park, so pop in and get involved with:
