Understanding our services and your responsibilities

Acceptance of the terms and conditions of residence (the ‘contract’) will create a legally binding contract between you and Manchester Metropolitan University.

You should read the terms and conditions carefully and ensure that you understand what they mean to you. If you do not understand any of the terms, you should seek advice prior to agreeing to them by contacting the accommodation team, or alternatively, you can contact our Students’ Union Advice Centre.
