Your MSc International Human Resource Management programme lead is:

Dr Cecilia Ellis:

Dr Cecilia Ellis is responsible for all Human Resource Management programmes within the Department of Management at Manchester Metropolitan Business School and has taught across a range undergraduate, postgraduate and professionals programmes.

She graduated with an MSc in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at UMIST in 1997 and went on to experience a wide range of operational and strategic HR roles within the public and private sectors.

She became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2008 and continues to be an active member, supporting the CIPD national marking team.

Cecilia's research interests are in employment relationships, the psychological contract and redundancy. Her PhD was an investigation into the implications of a workplace closure decision for the psychological contract.
