Introduction
As a speech and language therapist, you’ll provide treatment, support and care for children and adults who have difficulties with communication, or with eating, drinking and swallowing. You’ll usually work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside other health professionals, and will often liaise with family, carers or teachers when developing intervention plans
