Biography
I am a Research Assistant in ESRI. I am currently working on three EEF-funded evaluations: the Whole School SEND Review, a peer-to-peer evaluation of SEND provision in schools; the Primary Science Quality Mark, a professional development and school improvement programme for science subject leads, and Reading Plus, an EdTech reading programme. I am also working with Professor Deborah James on relational leadership in the early years workforce.
I have recently worked on:
- An EEF-funded evaluation of PALS-UK, a paired reading intervention for Year 4 children.
- The evaluation of the speech/language and communication pathway across the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (PI Professor Deborah James) – see the project zine here.
- The impact of the teacher resource ‘Teaching for sustainable development through ethical global issues pedagogy’ (PI Professor Karen Pashby) – see the research report on this page.
