Terms and Conditions

As part of your accommodation contract with Manchester Met, there are a series of terms and conditions.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Residence (the 'contract') will create a legally binding contract between you and Manchester Metropolitan University.

You should read the Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand what they mean to you. If you do not understand any of the Terms, you seek advice prior to agreeing to them or alternatively you can contact our Student's Union Advice Centre.
