Once you have registered your interest (if eligible), you will be presented with rooms for you to select from (this will be time limited and subject to availability).
When applying for a room you will need to:
Subject to availability students may be able to choose from rooms with contracts from 40 to 52 week and some rooms may have en-suite facilities. Different prices will apply depending on the accommodation, the facilities available and the contract length and so it is important that students familiarise themselves with the fees applicable before applying for a room.
You will receive an email once you have selected a room, completed your contract and paid. If the room is with one of our nominated partners you will receive an email informing you they will be in touch with you to complete your contract and payment.
It is essential that you are able to make payment for your accommodation for the full contractual period. Once the application has been accepted you will be legally obliged to pay for the room. There are no refunds for periods of absence from your accommodation such as illness, field trips, school placements or for early completion of academic commitments.
A room will be only be confirmed and a contract formed once a student has completed all three stages of the application process. You will receive an email from the Student Living team which confirms the formation of the contract.
