The Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship is a great way of starting or progressing a career in this fast-paced sector. You will work full-time for one of the country’s leading employers or innovative SMEs, while studying towards a fully accredited degree.
The programme will enable candidates to earn a minimum starting salary of £12,000 per year and receive all the fantastic benefits of working in a digital marketing role.

You will study a curriculum that is centred on developing a broad understanding of the principles of marketing, web technologies and consumer behaviours. You will also have the opportunity to focus on the skills needed to become a digital marketing specialist in a number of roles, such as:

Apprentices also take part in communication, presentation and team working skills development, to help them work successfully with clients and colleagues.
The programme is taught at Manchester Metropolitan University’s state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of the city for approximately 25 days each year over four years. Teaching will be in blocks of in two or three days and you will also undertake supported independent learning.
Whenever possible you will be able to use business challenges and scenarios from your own role as part of your work. You will also have regular updates with your university skills coach in person, on the phone or via video chat.
Upon successful completion of the course, you'll achieve a BSc (Hons) in Digital Marketing.
Candidates for the Degree Apprenticeship should have a minimum of 104 points at A2 (Grades BCC) or an equivalent e.g. BTEC DMM.
Applicants will also require Maths and English Language GCSE grade A*-C, or commit to undertaking functional skills during the programme. We will individually evaluate candidates who do not meet these requirements, but have workplace experience or have completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship programme.
