You will earn a minimum starting salary of £12,000 per year and receive all the additional benefits of working in a digital or technical role, such as IT Consultant, Web Developer, Software Engineer, Cyber Security Analyst or Data Analyst.
Our next cohort will be starting in September 2020.
The Apprenticeship combines workplace training with a programme focused on IT in business and includes a blend of technology, commercial and project skills. The core units include:

You can also choose an elective unit, which may include: User Experience Design, Digital & Social Media, CRM, Mobile Applications Development, Enterprise Computing and Advanced Web Development.
As well as the academic content, the Apprenticeship includes sessions on communication, presentation and team working skills, to help you become a confident digital and technology practitioner.
The programme is taught at Manchester Metropolitan University’s Business School for approximately 30 days each year. You will attend for an induction week, followed by teaching one day per week.
The taught units are complemented by negotiated work-based projects, where whenever possible you will be able to use business challenges and scenarios from your own role as part of your work. You will also have regular updates with your university tutor in person, on the phone or via video chat.
Upon successful completion of the course you'll achieve the Tech Partnership Gold accredited degree, BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions. Your final degree award will also reflect the pathway you chose to study for example BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions (Software Engineer).
