DESIGN FOR SUSTAINABILITY IN MAKER ENTERPRISES

We are pleased to invite you to an afternoon of stimulating presentations and dialogue to mark the culmination of our AHRC funded Living Design research project. The project explores craft and maker enterprises in Cumbria and how design can contribute to their long-term sustainability. It is led by Professor Stuart Walker at the ImaginationLancaster Design Research Lab, Lancaster University, in collaboration with Professor Martyn Evans at the Manchester School of Art, Manchester Metropolitan University.

The event opens with a complimentary lunch at 1.00 pm and closes with a wine reception at 5.15 pm.
