An evening of artists' films, performances and VR installations at Paradise Works Artist Studios in Salford to launch HOME's Artist Film Weekender. Featuring Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley, Jasleen Kaur, Maria Anastassiou, Niki Lindroth Von Bahr, Kelly Jayne Jones, Kerry Baldry and Mary Stark.
The event is organised by Lecturers Chris Paul Daniels and Dr Jenny Baines with HOME. Chris Paul Daniels and Dr. Jenny Baines are both staff on the BA (Hons) Filmmaking course and both are practicing Artist Filmmakers.
This event is the third annual event to launch the Artist Film Weekender at HOME.
Cinema Paradiso returns to Paradise Works to launch HOME’s Artist Film Weekender 2019 for an evening of VR, expanded film, video screenings and experimental performances.
Expect works from an array of international and Manchester-based moving image artists utilising the gallery and screening spaces at one of Greater Manchester’s thriving artists studios.
