Biography
I am a tutor in the Psychology Department. I submitted my PhD Thesis in 2021 which investigated the effect of stress and alcohol on prefrontal cortex activity and cognitive performance in undergraduate students.
I am interested in the psycho-biological mechanisms of stress and how this impacts executive functioning. I have experience with functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) and physiological measures of stress (heart rate and skin conductance).
