Who am I?
Anastasia, who joined MMU Business School in 2013 as a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Manchester Business School (MBS).
Before joining MMU, Anastasia held the posts of Visiting Lecturer of Management at the University of Cyprus and Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Central Lancashire. Currently, she holds visiting posts at MBS, where she teaches on the Global MBA programme, and at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), where she teaches on the MBA and MSc. in HRM programmes.
Anastasia’s research has been published in high-impact peer-reviewed journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and she has presented a number of papers at international academic conferences.
