My qualifications include BA Hons French & German Studies (The University of Birmingham), MA in HRM and Masters in Research (MMU), and I'm currently completing my PhD studying female self-initiated expatration.
I have 15+ years experience in higher education/further education, working at institutions across the UK and France. This includes teaching on CIPD accredited programmes, leading on academic development at a UK Redbrick University and also writing, delivering and leading on prestigious Academic Development programme for Nigerian Lecturers over three years for a top six French business school.
In addition, to higher education, I also have 10 years experience in Human Resources and related roles in the UK and France, including working in the NHS and for several major international companies. Prior to this, I gained experience in sales, marketing & customer facing roles in America, France, Germany and Italy.

In the past I have taught and led on a variety of different programmes & over 30 different units at Levels 5-8 across a range of different subjects including Human Resources, International HRM, Business Ethics, Sustainability, Leadership & Management, Research Methods, Pedagogy/Academic Development & even Languages & Lingustics.
