Research Expertise, Publications & Grants
I am currently working with several UK and European academic collaborators on research spanning gendered language and entrepreneurship education, transformational learning and nudge theory in entrepreneurship education, power-control theory and business growth trajectories and the role of class and gender in the enterprise culture.
I am a visiting scholar at Aarhus University in Denmark where I am working on projects with Prof. Helle Neergaard (Business School), Dr Christina Ottsen (School of Psychology), Dr Sarah Robinson (School of Education), Dr Klaus Thrane (Business School) and Dr Jan Warhuus (Business School). I am also working with Dr Typhaine Lebeuge from EM Normandie in Paris, France. Our research is based on longitudinal study of the business growth of French female entrepreneurs.
I have also worked with colleagues from Aston and Durham University to research small business growth dispositions, for a report commissioned by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
