Before joining the Business School David worked in a wide range of Director/Senior Management roles with SME's and Multi National Corporations helping them to achieve substantial growth in market share.
Other academic service (administration and management)
David is unit leader for the innovative Management in Practice course, leader of the MBA Strategy Implementation unit, and undertakes a wide range of teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate level. David also teaches on MMU's unique CIMA on-line Degree course, BA Honors Sustainable Performance Management Additionally David is a House Tutor where he successful supports and encourages student engagement and in Jan 2013 was awarded the 'You're Brilliant' award by the MMU student union.
David's external facing duties involve developing and delivering graduate development programmes for commercial organisations including H2H, Trelleborg, and SAICA. David is a fellow of the HEA and a Fellow of the European Enterprise Educators programme.
