Our programme supports businesses that are registered in the Cheshire and Warrington area, that are pre-starts (i.e. those wishing to start a business), new start-ups or small/medium enterprises.
Working with recognised business leaders, you will have access to growth coaches, and a number variety of activities to help your business grow fast. We can help you in a wide range of areas from finance and marketing to recruitment and leadership.
The programme consists of 3 and a half days targeted workshops. The workshops are designed for companies who have been trading for less than 12 months, with workshops aimed at tackling relevant business issues that you currently face such as finance, marketing and strategic growth.

Introduction, and getting to know you session
Marketing - Identify what is truly special about your business, who your most important customers are and learn how to create marketing that they are already looking for. Learn how to make your brand distinct, compelling and the message you produce the answer to your customers problems.
Day Two Workshops
Sales - Create sales without feeling “salesy”. Understand the power of a system and how not having one is making all of your sales harder and slower than they need to be. Learn how the power of the internet means never having to cold call again and how it will make every networking event more profitable.
Increase your financial savvy-ness and learn to fully understand the numbers in your business. Learn how to use them to create more growth than you ever thought possible. You will learn what all of it really means, how to get the best out of your accountant and become more tax efficient.
