Why sign up?
Our Student Ambassador scheme is a great opportunity for students to gain work experience, meet new people and learn some new skills, all while getting paid to do so.
There are a wide variety of roles you can do as a Student Ambassador, from supporting our Open Days and other events, to being on a student panel to discuss your student experience.
The Student Ambassador scheme is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Roles available and how to apply

What roles are available for Student Ambassadors?
Once you’ve joined the scheme, you can apply for a wide range of part-time, flexible roles on campus, which are all paid at £11+/hour. Roles include:
- talking to prospective students about your student experience at our Open Days
- supporting registration and way finding at our events
- taking part in panel events to discuss your student experience
- producing video content or writing testimonials documenting your experience of student life
- guiding prospective students around our campus
- taking part in photo shoots
There are opportunities to work at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate events and you can apply to work at any event, regardless of your level of study.

How do I sign up?
You can apply to become a Student Ambassador through Jobs4Students. You will need to complete an application form and be successful at the interview stage. Once you have joined the Student Ambassador scheme, you will have access to apply for several different roles as they become available throughout the year. No further interviews are required.
