I have already applied through UCAS and have accepted a place at Manchester Metropolitan University for September.

You need to check UCAS Track to see whether your place has been confirmed or if you have been unsuccessful. Check UCAS Track first.

Make sure you understand the UCAS procedure for securing your place at university.

UCAS Track is showing my place as confirmed

If UCAS Track is showing the place you want as confirmed, you don’t need to do anything. You will shortly receive a letter from us about what happens next. In the meantime you can head over to our welcome section.

UCAS Track shows I have been unsuccessful

If UCAS Track shows you have been unsuccessful, this means we have not been able to offer you a place at Manchester Metropolitan University this year. Your school or college may be able to offer you advice on what to do next.

UCAS Track is not showing me as confirmed or unsuccessful

If UCAS Track is showing you as neither confirmed or unsuccessful, please be patient. Your decision could be outstanding for a number of reasons.

If your offer is based on qualifications which we don’t receive from UCAS, e.g. GCSEs, you will need to provide evidence of your results by sending copies to the admissions team who are dealing with your application (contact details are on your offer letter). If you don't have this information, or need help with what to do next, please contact our Confirmation helpline on 0161 247 2931.

How should I send you evidence of my qualifications?

We receive most Level 3 qualifications direct via UCAS. However, if there are some we haven’t received, you can scan copies and email them to the admission team. The email address should be on your offer letter.
