I am a principal lecturer (international) at Manchester Metropolitan University in Manchester, UK. I am interested in Computer Graphics/Multimedia and Digital Technologies, especially their applications in education and psychology such as using graphics, images and animations to enable and enhance learning. I am also interested in processing and visualisation of biological images, especially with applications in Embryology.
My formal education in Mathematics and Computer Graphics is from Comenius University, Slovakia where I obtained a MSc degree in Mathematics with specialization in Computer Graphics and Computer Science for Mathematicians, RNDr degree in Mathematics and PhD degree in Mathematics. After a positive and rich experience from working in Japan (U-Aizu), USA (CMU, Harvard), Germany (Leibinger GmbH), Slovakia (Comenius Uni), I won the RCUK Fellowship and joined the WMG/IDL at University of Warwick. In August 2011 I started as a lecturer in Computer Games at Manchester MET.
