We process your personal data under the terms of our registration notice with the ICO and the University’s Data Protection Policy. Our ICO registration number is Z5710637.
We use your personal data to answer the enquiry or request you have made with us. If you have consented, we will also use your personal data to send you promotional marketing material about our courses, services and the benefits of studying with us. We do engage some third party providers to assist with the handling of requests from our prospective students and/or communication of marketing material to you. Those third party providers include, but are not limited to, NetNatives, Gecko Labs Limited and Campaign Monitor.
Please note the University may also share limited personal data with social media providers such as Facebook so that we may communicate our advertising to you on their platforms. You have the option of these adverts by amending your setting or preferences on the relevant social media platform. The University will retain your personal data in accordance with the retention periods under the University’s Record Retention and Destruction Schedule.
