This event is open to all MMU students and graduates who are considering applying for teaching now or in the future. This is your chance to get information and advice from representatives of university-based PGCEs, Schools Direct & SCITTs, Teach First, FE/college teaching, TEFL, and find out more about volunteering and paid experience opportunities.
Learn about the different routes into teaching and have your questions answered by a panel of experts at the optional "Routes into Teaching" talk delivered by a Dept for Education teaching adviser, followed by a Q&A panel.
Get tips on writing your personal statement and completing your UCAS application form.
Schedule for the afternoon:
1 pm - 3 pm: Stands in the Geoffrey Manton atrium - come along for an informal chat

3.00 pm - 4.00 pm: "Completing your UCAS form for teacher training, including personal statements" by MMU Careers Service
