The Neutrinos Are Mutating is a monthly podcast from the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Manchester Metropolitan.

Every episode we speak to an academic about a science fiction film that is somehow related to their research, and we ask them to pick apart some of the facts. The podcast has been running for over two years, and during that time we have covered a whole range of films, ranging from classics such as Blade Runner and Metropolis to not-so-classics such as Cyborg and Chain Reaction.

We also team up regularly with Into Film to deliver live podcasts, where hundreds of schoolchildren watch a film and then quiz a panel of experts.
