Haydn Insley is a senior lecturer and leader of the Design Engineering pathway at Manchester Metropolitan University. Haydn spent over twenty years in industry working in product and service design in USA and the UK. His current interests include novel applications of 3D printing especially in the medical arena and the experiential communication of product within virtual reality environments. Haydn has been a contributor to national media in the field of 3D printing and its potential impact on the future of manufacturing.
