I started work as an English Department Student Experience Support Tutor in January 2014, having previously worked in a similar role in MMU's Faculty of Education. Broadly, I am here to support English students to have the best possible experience at MMU. This includes direct work with students and work with academic staff to make improvements in response to student feedback. I see students individually, and can assist with making sure students who may be in difficulties know who to go to for help. I also have a role to ensure that students voices are listened to, and can influence decision-making.
