Our research in this theme focuses on building resilience to current and future urban environmental challenges.
In particular, we focus upon building resilience to climate change through smarter urban planning and design, and geospatial analysis of risk, vulnerability and adaptation. This includes our research on flood risk, for example, smart flood protection including homeowner guidance on property level protection and geospatial analysis of flood disadvantage.
