I qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 1986. I specialised in working with children who have specific language impairments, autism spectrum conditions and additional learning needs and worked in the NHS and education for 14 years before joining Manchester Met.
I am joint head of speech pathology programmes and teach on the following units across levels 4-6:
I contribute to Master's programme teaching, undertakes consultancy work and contributes to continuing professional development short courses.
