Dr Faye Sayer is a Senior Lecturer in community archaeology and public history at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate units in Historic Environment Studies, Public History and Community Archaeology. Faye supervises doctoral students in elements of community and public heritage, including museum studies. Currently she is undertaking research into the wider impact and value of public heritage programmes.
