Anna Bergqvist has been invited as Keynote Speaker at the 2019 Annual Project Conference and PhD Summer Workshop on Emotions and Perception in Moral Epistemology at the Centre for Moral and Political Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Find out more here.

Her invitation was based on her recent publication Evaluation Perception (Oxford University Press, 2018). Evaluation Perception is the first book dedicated to the question of the role perception plays in evaluation. It brings together perspectives from epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of mind, ethics, and aesthetics. You can read more about the book here.

Anna Bergqvist is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at Manchester Metropolitan University and Director of the Values-Based Practice Theory Network at St Catherine's College University of Oxford. Her principal research interests are aesthetics and moral philosophy. She is co-editor of Philosophy and Museums (Cambridge University Press, 2016) and has also published on aesthetic and moral particularism, narrative, thick evaluative concepts and selected issues in philosophy of language and mind. Her reserach specialisms are Metaethics and Aesthetics, Philosophy of Psychology and Psychiatry, and selected issues in Philosophy of Language and Perception.
