"As a result of the level of confidence I have developed since being here, I am working on doing a PhD after my masters."
What do you like most about your course?

What I love most about my course are the modules, the modules are so strategically structured, which ensures the students get the best from their studies and have a realistic sense of the discipline. For example, one of my modules ‘Current Issues in Media and Communications’ is one of my favourites, because we looked at current and contemporary trends within the media.

What skills do you feel you have gained during your studies at Man Met?

Overall, I have developed writing, critical thinking and analytical skills. I have observed an immense improvement in my ‘analytical skills and reasoning’, which I can confidently say is because of the teaching and course work that I have completed. As a result of the level of confidence I have developed since being here, I am working on doing a PhD after my master projects.

Have you taken part in any extracurricular activities or projects alongside your studies?

I am the student representative for my course , and this is an experience that brings out a variety of skills in a student: leadership, communication and interpersonal.
