Food and nutrition lie at the heart of modern life. The debates around food are focused on health, innovation, safety and sustainability.
This interactive course will involve students in those debates and provide an immersive experience led by academics at the leading food and nutrition institution in North West England. Students will be based at the modern city centre campus of Manchester Metropolitan University and will be ideally placed to take advantage of the excellent facilities and to enjoy being a part of this exciting city.
