As the Head of Education for the Faculty of Health, Psychology and Social Care (HPSC), I work closely with the Faculty Pro-Vice-Chancellor (FPVC) of HPSC as the single dedicated strategic lead in the area of education in partnership with the Heads of Department. I support the FPVC to set long-term strategic visions and work in a matrix structure to monitor and deliver progress through the work of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education. Translating the longer-term context into operational plans and providing leadership, mentoring and support for colleagues across the faculty.
